Byfleet Angling Association
Byfleet Angling Association was founded in 1910 for the local people in Byfleet and the surrounding area. The Association’s waters are primarily on the River Wey from Walsham Weir down to Brooklands and the River Mole from Stoke d’Abernon to Sainsbury’s roundabout and approx. 1 mile downstream.
The rivers contain quality Chub, Dace, Barbel, Roach, Bream, Pike and Carp. The Association’s still waters include Coxes Mill Pond at Addlestone which is a good mixed fishery and Littleheath Pond at Oxshott. We also share Manor Pond in Cobham with CALPAC.
The Association is a member of The Angling Trust. We believe that this organisation works for the good of the sport, particularly in the important area of improving the aquatic environment.
