Byfleet Angling Association will retain the following information in paper and computer form. It will not disclose your information to any outside parties.

• Address

• Telephone Number

• Email

• Car registration number

• Date of birth

  This information is kept for:

• The purpose of sending permits and renewal and AGM notices and miscellaneous association notices and correspondence.

• If vehicle is reported left at an association site.

• To determine the correct category of membership.

  Your data will be retained for up to 15 months after the end of the fishing season for renewal and late renewal purposes. For members under the age of 16 year consent must be given by a parent / guardian. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the Membership Secretary, when your details will be deleted.
